Five sites, where the administrative buildings are designed, are located in the township of Viršuliškės, near the intensive unit of infrastructure – the designed Western bypass, Pilaitė Avenue, two-level crossing. The complex of five buildings is designed – the boundary between the two clear territories – urban and non-urban. This boundary is also a sign, marking the entrance to the city from the western bypass. „Boundary“is a complex of five administrative buildings, which are connected by a common shelter above the ground floor. The copper inclined planes of the facade and the shelter operates as shields, limiting the inner green island of the complex from the intensive motorway.
